鑊預熱放油,平放煎餃在鑊內,中火煎1分鐘。

Pre-heat pan with oil, pan-fry dumplings in hot oil for 1 min.

加入約100毫升水,以中火加蓋加熱6分鐘。

Add 100ml water. Cook with lid for 6 mins.

揭蓋後加熱3分鐘,等水份蒸發後,趁熱食啦!

Remove the lid, continue to cook for 3 mins
until the water dries up. Enjoy!
